Shipping & Return Policies
We typically ship orders within 1-3 days but occasionally it will take longer if we need to make a piece or during busy times. If you are in a rush to receive your order, I recommend choosing an expedited form of shipping which will not only travel to you faster, but this will also indicate to us that your order deserves urgent attention.
When ordering online, you have the following shipping options:
- USPS First Class Mail. This is our standard shipping method. Please allow 2-5 days shipping time plus time to make the jewelry (if it's not in stock) and pack your order. I typically ship within 1-2 business days of when I receive your order but it occasionally takes a bit longer.
- USPS Priority. This is an expedited shipping method. Please allow 1-3 days shipping time plus time to make the jewelry (if it's not in stock) and pack your order. I typically ship within 1-2 business days of when I receive your order but it occasionally takes a bit longer.
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3-Day
- UPS 2nd Day Air, (restrictions apply based on time of day and day of the week)
- UPS Next Day Air, (restrictions apply based on time of day and day of the week)
- International shipping to Canada. We do not currently have a standard rate to ship to the UK and Ireland but please inquire if interested.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry (for any reason), you may return it for a full refund, or exchange it for something you are absolutely in love with. We are happy to swap out your jewelry for the right size or color if the original wasn’t just right, please just let us know as soon as you can.
Refunds (within 7 days)
- Notify us via phone or email within seven calendar days of receiving your order to receive a full refund of the item purchase price (excludes shipping). Jewelry must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. When you contact us we will give you the return address. Please include your original order number and note the reason for the return.
- Returns requested after seven days of receipt and less than 30 days after receipt will be issued a store credit (not including shipping), or granted an exchange.
- Please pack returned jewelry in a well-padded container. Shipping insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for damages or loss during return shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges (within 30 days)
- We are happy to swap out your jewelry for the right size or color if the original wasn’t just right, please just let us know via phone or email within thirty calendar days of receiving your item to receive a store credit or exchange.
- When shipping an item back to us, please pack jewelry in a well-padded container. Shipping insurance is recommended, as we are not responsible for damages or loss during return shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Exceptions
- We typically lengthen our exchange timeframes around the holidays. Please contact us in advance of your purchase if you need a little extra leeway.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- All sale items are a final sale and are non-exchangeable. Please shop our sample sales and other occasional sales carefully.
- Any returns and exchanges that fall outside of our refund and exchange guidelines will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Combined Shipping
We are unable to refund shipping costs on combined orders. We are sorry but due to the high volume of our shipping operations, it may not be possible for us to combine orders and/or refund shipping charges.
