Permanent Jewelry Welder / Retail Associate

Timeframe & Location: We are hiring multiple team members for our Oak Bluffs store. Training can begin right away, with flexible part-time hours and opportunities for more regular work beginning in spring. Weekend and summer availability is important. Compensation is based on experience.

Do you love jewelry, enjoy working with people, and have a steady hand? We're looking for friendly, reliable, detail-oriented people to join our retail team and learn the specialized skill of permanent jewelry welding.

This role combines retail sales with hands-on jewelry work. You'll help customers shop for jewelry, accessories, and gifts, and provide permanent jewelry services during your shifts once trained.

Previous welding experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training! Experience with jewelry making, precision tools, or other detailed hands-on work is also valuable.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide excellent customer service and share product knowledge.

• Assist customers with jewelry, accessories, and gifts.

• Learn to safely and accurately apply permanent jewelry using specialized welding equipment.

• Help customers select chains and charms, ensure a comfortable fit, and explain aftercare.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.

• Assist with sales, merchandising, and other daily store operations.

Retail Associate

Timeframe: We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team for the summer season. The current open position is Part Time, with opportunity for more for the right person. You must be available to work weekends and some holidays.

Are you right for this role? We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about our brand and products and can craft a friendly and informative in-store experience for our customers. To be successful in this role, you will greet and connect with customers, you are a fast learner and quick on your feet. You must be able to work well with others, have interest in jewelry, accessories, and gifts, and be open to feedback. There is room for growth and promotion and you may have the opportunity to learn about other parts of the business if interested. Retail Manager

Inventory Associate

Timeframe & Location: We are looking for an Inventory Associate to join our team. This is an in-person position with year round potential for the right candidate.

Are You Right for This Role? We seek a professional and detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude. To be successful in this role, you will need to learn and apply detailed receiving and shipping processes, handle exceptions and conditions collaboratively with the team, and assist walk-in customers in our retail store as needed, depending on the season and order volume. Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify), retail store operations, and/or web fulfillment is preferred. You will receive training in shipment receiving, order fulfillment, and retail sales to ensure your success. There is room for growth and promotion, with opportunities to learn about other parts of the business if interested. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Pack and ship online and wholesale orders efficiently based on current processes.
• Receive shipments, check package contents against expectations, adjust inventory levels, and prepare products for sale according to company processes.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding changes, discrepancies, special needs, and package tracking.
• Regularly visit the town post office for drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Communicate with mail couriers as needed.
