A couple of weeks ago, we did something that’s quietly becoming one of my favorite rhythms of the year—our Spring photoshoot.
We’ve fallen into a natural cadence of shooting twice a year now. Once in the fall, just before the holidays begin to take shape, and once in the spring, right as we start looking ahead to summer on the island.
This shoot felt natural. We came into it with a clear sense of direction—what we wanted to show, what felt important to highlight, and how we wanted the jewelry to come across.

A big part of that was the pieces themselves. The majority of what we photographed were brand new designs and collections—some of our most special to date. Pieces built around really beautiful materials: luminous pearls, richly colored gemstones, and higher quality elements that feel a little more elevated, but still very much us. There’s a weight to these pieces, not just physically, but in how they wear and how they’re made.

Just like last fall, we kept it close to home—inside the studio, with our team, surrounded by the pieces we’ve been making day in and day out. There’s something about photographing the jewelry where it actually comes to life that still feels important to me. Not just the finished piece, but the context of it. The light coming through the studio's front windows. The in-between moments!
We also had two new faces join us for this shoot—Heather and Sheryl—and they truly made the day that much easier. Both of them were so natural in front of the camera, professional in a way that never felt stiff, and just genuinely lovely to work with. They brought a calm, easy energy that let everything flow, and you can feel that in the photos.
We worked again with Joe Mikos, who has this way of noticing the small things—the way a necklace sits just slightly off center, or how a hand naturally moves to adjust a clasp. Those are the moments that end up being my favorites. The ones that don’t feel staged.
This time around, we leaned into the feeling of spring turning into summer. Lighter layers, softer tones, pieces that feel easy to wear every day but still special when you catch them in the mirror. Many of the pieces you’ll start seeing soon were part of this shoot, which makes it feel a little like a first look at what’s coming next.
Each shoot gives us a new way to share the jewelry with you—so when you see it online or in an email, it still feels connected to the studio it came from.
