Shipping policy
Shipping is complimentary on all orders $150 and up! This is for standard USPS First Class.
Below are our current shipping rates that you will find at checkout:
- complimentary USPS First Class for any order $150 and up (before taxes, after any applicable discounts)
- $10 - USPS Ground Advantage (timing not guaranteed)
- $16 - USPS Priority (timing not guaranteed)
- $16 - UPS Ground (timing not guaranteed)
- $22 - UPS 3-Day Select (timing not guaranteed)
- $40 - UPS 2nd Day Air (see conditions below)
- $60 - UPS Next Day Air (see conditions below)
Due to our vibrant and active website we offer many shipping options to meet our customer's needs. Though we strive to ship new orders quickly we need processing time that is not reflected in the carriers shipping times. For example: we may need to make an item or wrap a box you have ordered for your gift. Our shipping times are not guaranteed but we are diligent about meeting our customers needs.
Typically, orders placed after 2pm EST will be eligible for processing / shipping the following business day. Orders choosing USPS shipping can ship and leave the island 6 days a week, Mon-Sat. Orders requesting UPS as the carrier leave the island Monday through Friday. We have lots of quirks with our island life and shipping is a big one for all residents. Our shipping services can be effected by storms and weather, so some things are out of our control.
If there are special shipping needs please use the notes section of your order to communicate those wishes or reach out to us at the studio to make your needs known. Including a phone number with an order is important for us to reach you in a timely way for shipping resolution and speed.
