Communication
My GC was delayed because you had to have more printed; however, I was not advised of the reason until I inquired as to the status when it did not come. I know it is a very busy time, but I would suggest better communication to your customers. I was then concerned when it said it had to be used in the store until I turned it over and saw your note that the recipient can call you to use it via Internet or over the phone. Seems your GC procedure is a bit disorganized at this point. That said, the recipient loves your jewelry!

Gift Certificate Purchase
My experience was completely positive. The new store is full of treasures and I had fun shopping there repeatedly! I do not have feedback from the recipient of the gift certificate yet, but it will be positive as she is a Stephanie Wolf fan!
