All went very wrong

I purchased this set for a gift (last minute purchase for my son’s girlfriend visiting) on Thursday 12/29/22. I Quickly realized I had purchased something that were not the right colors and style for her and in my haste had cotton colors I liked. I tried to return on 12/31/22 and your store was closed. I work 8 am - 7 pm Monday thru Thursday. I tried to return on Friday and was told there was a 7 day return policy. After consideration I was given a Gift Certificate for the items $79.90. This doesn’t help me since I wanted a refund. Very disappointed. A coworker suggested your store. Hence, all will be very careful with store suggestions in the future. Elizabeth MacPherson
